Soulful Saturday - Saying no

from Today’s Gut Health Tip · host Melissa Hall Klepacki, M.Ac.

Is it hard for you to say no?  Are you always saying yes? Are you saying yes because you can't say no? Remember it takes practice.  Look into the mirror and verbally work to say no.   They aren't excuse if they are truths.   "I'm going to have to say no because work is ramping up and I need to spend my spare time with my family." "Thank you for the offer but at this time I can't add another responsibility to my list."  That one is short and owes no one further reasoning. But practice in the mirror until it is easy.  Until you realize that you aren't so much saying no to the other person, but YES to the life you are CHOOSING for yourself.  FLEX those boundaries! (This is a big one folks!)
