It's the last show of the year and Trent is impatient about his weed delivery to the studio. While he waits, Trent gives a recap of the year and all of the things he's grateful for while excitedly talking about an end of the year goal he met. During his discussion he reflects on all of the obstacles he's overcome while coming to terms with the reason why he had to go through it. During the show Trent reminisces about spending time with his friends, having honest conversations with yourself, the Southwest Airlines fiasco and mercury retrograde. Also during the episode, Trent tells a story about his friend Ashley and the importance of pouring into your friends lives.
