Sound Bites: A peek inside the first day of preseason training

The Sounders held their first official day of preseason training on Monday and while they didn’t do much, we did get a chance to get to know a bit more about Paul Arriola, who officially joined the team earlier in the day after a trade with FC Dallas. The veteran midfielder seemed thrilled to be here and excited to start competing for trophies.
