Elliott-Ortega is in a relationship with The Record Co.’s executive director, Matt McArthur. “[Elliott-Ortega] wanted to get my tenants away from me for her boyfriend's business,” Katherine Desmond said. “It's unethical. It's unmoral. And I'm hoping to prove that it's illegal, and litigate against it.”
