Sound therapy is the process of healing the mind and body through music, tones, frequencies, and vibrations. Sound therapy takes into consideration a person’s emotional, mental, psychological, and spiritual well-being and improvement. The following transmission is my first sound therapy Healing Bath for my beautiful soul family. This is for whole body and astral bodies realignment, focusing on grounding into the earth and clearing the mind of foggyness. My light language is also in this transmission.
