Soundscape: The Inner Shala

from Mysore Yoga Paris – Closer Together · host Kia Naddermier & Yotam Agam

The biggest illusion about the Path of Refuge is that we have to journey somewhere else to find this sacred space. Ultimately our refuge is not outside ourselves or somewhere else, but it is always and already here. We are taking refuge in the truth of who we are - our Inner Shala. This practice soundscape is meant to help open up this sanctuary within. To cultivate an inner experience of wholeness and belonging in your practice. The Inner Shala opens with Kia counting through the  traditional standing sequence of Ashtanga Yoga in Sanskrit, after which we float into self practice to our own breath rhythm. We allow ourselves to be carried in Yotam´s soundscapes - and finally soaked in 108 Oms.Enjoy your practice. With love & devotionx Kia & YotamLinktr.ee offers a comprehensive list of resources for raising awareness, driving donations and sharing information in support of justice and equality. For more info about Kia´s International Workshop Schedule, Trainings, Retreats and Global Sangha, please visit: http://mysoreyogaparis.comInstagram: mysoreyogaparisFor more free resources please sign up to our newsletter: https://www.mysoreyogaparis.com/newsletter-sign-upMore music by Yotam can be found at: https://www.yotamagam.com/music

NEWMORROW SESSIONS - A PodCast Series on the Future of Hospitality Mario C. Bauer, Florian Schneider, Axel Weber & Dr. Tillman Bardt The Newmorrow PodCast is more than a podcast — it's a platform for open dialog on the future of our business, a platform for those building what doesn’t exist yet. Here, we share and embrace our passion for the hospitality industry, but we won’t romanticize the journey. We ask the tough questions, confront uncomfortable truths, and prepare for a future that resists easy answers. We believe that the tougher and wilder times become, the more openly, honestly and humanely people need to talk to each other and act together. We believe, openness, togetherness, and truthfulness should also be cornerstones of a professional community to develop our utopian idea of „open source“. This is a space where visionaries don’t just imagine the future — they wrestle with the paradoxes that shape it: success vs. happiness, data vs. instinct, stability vs. reinvention. Join leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers as they share not what made them — but what’s actively shaping them, now and next.
