Special guest, Ripper Notes editor Dan Norder joins us for a discussion of the myths and misconceptions that surround the Whitechapel murders. We address the contemporary press' role in feeding misinformation to a public hungry for details, and how these myths have trickled down to the present day, as well as authors who fell victim to the urge to create myths in order to bolster their suspect's status as the Ripper.
