South Africa's President Jacob Zuma says a lot has been achieved over the past 23 years of freedom, but admits the democratic dividends have not reached everyone. He was speaking at the Freedom Day celebrations at Manguzi in KwaZulu-Natal Province yesterday. The event was attended by Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa and several cabinet ministers as well as Acting Premier of KwaZulu-Natal, Sihle Zikalala. Ntebo Mokobo has more.
