South African Constitution marks 20years

Allocation of power to chapter nine institutions and leaders failure to respect the constitution are some of the stumbling blocks that South Africa face, 22 years into the democracy. This was said at the Foundation of the Supreme Law conference on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of the South African Constitution in Johannesburg.
