Originating from Athlone, Cape Town, professional skateboarder Jean-Marc Johannes is paving his way to success. As South Africa's first international Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalist in the World Series, he is truly riding to victory. He launched his skateboarding career by entering as many local contests as possible, beginning with his first event at just 11 years old, where he won his first Pro/Am open event. From that moment on, he competed in numerous contests both locally and internationally, steadily building his reputation in the sport.
