South Alabama Adds Two Big Forward Pieces

South Alabama’s basketball program is heating up for the 2026-27 season with two massive forward signings: 8-foot Belgian phenom Keyne Costa and 6-foot-6 Arkansas scorer Roderick Williams Jr. Costa, a two-year standout at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, averaged 10+ points and 6+ rebounds while earning Honorable Mention All-Region honors. Williams Jr., a starter at Southern Arkansas, delivered nearly 13 points and 5+ rebounds per game with elite shooting efficiency. Both bring scoring versatility and rebounding chops — exactly what Coach Riley needs to build a championship-caliber roster in Mobile.
