South American theft groups linked to burglaries across L.A.

The home burglaries throughout Los Angeles continue to be a problem, and some are linked to South American theft groups. They appear to be coordinated and have transnational networks using sophisticated methods to avoid detection. Also, drones have been banned from flying near World Cup matches, including at the Los Angeles Stadium. Federal authorities say the drones will be shot down if they do so.
