1 day before thanksgiving, the supreme court of South Dakota OVERTURNED a law already passed in a 54 to 46 majority, the law written by South Dakotans for Responsible Marijuana laws, would have legalized recreational cannabis use in a well managed and controlled manner, Kristi Noem funded a lawsuit to overturn it on the basis of it breaking the single subject rule.
