South Jersey residents warned about phone scam from caller claiming to be law enforcement

A 21-year-old will spend up to four decades behind bars after pleading guilty to third degree murder in the ambush shooting of Philadelphia teenager two years ago. ... Traffic deaths were down slightly in Philadelphia, last year, but they still remain far above pre-pandemic levels.
