Southcrest Flooding, Fast Food Minimum Wage, Unclaimed Tax Refunds

San Diegans living in neighborhoods impacted by January's flooding are voicing their anger after many of the same problems arose this weekend. A new law in California goes into effect today, raising the minimum wage for fast food workers to $20 an hour.
