Hannah Leatherbury talks to independent filmmaker Aaron Greer talk about his work, his thoughts on bringing independent films to new audiences, and his philosophy as a professor. A professor in the Department of Telecommunication and Film at the University of Alabama, Aaron has produced and directed documentary, narrative and experimental films, including Not Color Blind, Just Near-Sighted, Getting Grown and Flying Away. His films have screened at over a dozen juried film festivals, including the Tribeca, American Black and Chicago International Children's Film Festivals.
