Southern Miss vs Mississippi State Rivalry Cancelled | Mississippi State Bulldogs Football News

College football just got a major shake-up as Southern Miss and Mississippi State’s long-planned home-and-home series is officially canceled, thanks to the SEC’s new nine-game conference schedule. Mississippi State’s 2031 trip to Starkville has been moved up to 2029, but for Southern Miss, it’s not the same. This move reflects the growing trend of conference realignment and schedule chaos reshaping the sport nationwide.
