STEM Complex - A $68 million energy-efficient facility that will feature: 21 student lab spaces (physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics) 16 classrooms Student collaboration commons Southern University Laboratory School - Reimagining K-12 excellence with a new, future-ready campus. College of Business Building - A next-generation hub for entrepreneurship, finance, and leadership education. SUNO Nursing School - Construction is underway to expand healthcare education in New Orleans, including a new Nursing Building and renovations to the campus cafeteria.
