Southwest Showdown: Pilots win the right to sue

The "friendly skies" are stormy! ⛈️ Southwest Airlines is facing a lawsuit from its pilots union over claims of intimidation and punishment for union activity. A federal appeals court ruled the case is serious enough to go to trial, saying the airline's actions could "weaken or destroy the union."
