Southworth & Hawes: America's Early Masters of the Daguerreotype Portrait

In this episode of the Fine Art Photography podcast: the story of Boston-based Southworth & Hawes, the first American masters of daguerreotype portraiture. We will talk about the partnership between Albert Southworth and Josiah Johnson Hawes in the earliest days of photography that created some of the most beautiful portraits ever.
