Sowetan Boxing journalist Bongani Magasela, Promoter Jack Brice and former IBF world champ Zolani Tete

"There was drama at the WBA Pan African middleweight fight between Roarkee Knapp and Cape Town based Angola Cristiano Ndombassy after the three-count knockdown rule was not effected properly. Referee Tony Nyangiwe who was in charge of this bout, has come in for a lot of questioning. Ndombassy’s camp is challenging this out come and has already been in touch with WBA about this. Veteran Sowetan Boxing journalist Bongani Magasela and Ndombassy’s promoter Jack Brice weighed in on this matter. We also spoke to former IBF junior-bantamweight world champion Zolani Tete, about his return to the ring for the first time in almost two years this coming weekend.”
