In the midst of fall festivals and Thanksgiving just around the corner, we celebrate a part of our heritage very foreign to modern America, the harvest. Technology allows us to eat just about anything we want year around, but for most of human history the harvest was a time when a year’s worth of effort and sacrifice in the fields materialized into a bountiful harvest. It is spring time at ICC and we are called to the fields to plant our seeds. Paul tells us if we sow sparingly we will reap sparingly, but if we sow bountifully we will reap bountifully. How is God calling you to sow into His Kingdom?
