Space Patrol KPM Special
from Space Patrol Podcrusts Hosted by Carl Howard
From July 2007, this two-hour special on Luxuriamusic.com's Saturday "Space Patrol" show focused on the magical music of the KPM Production Music Library's 1000 Series (aka Green Series). Recorded between 1966 and 1977, you'll hear memorable and classic tracks by killer composers who have only achieved their just due years after the fact, including Keith Mansfield, Alan Hawkshaw, David Lindup, Nick Ingman, Les Baxter, Johnny Pearson, Johnny Hawksworth, Syd Dale, Laurie Johnson, and Alan Parker. Also included are phenomenal electronic music compositions by Ron Geesin and Delia Derbyshire, recorded exclusively for that label and for years unavailable to the general public. Download in two, one hour segments to your One True MP3 player and get yo' righteous Groove Thang on... in unwarranted situations. The full illustrated Playlist is at http://axenhammer.com/spacepatrol/spKPM/ . Enjoy!
