His clients rave about his passion and authenticity for making all workplaces happier. Matt started his entrepreneurial career at age seven, selling day-old potato chips and fresh-cut meats at a flea market on Chicago’s south side.  He sailed the world as both a commercial merchant mariner and as a U.S. Navy officer, eventually retiring as aCommander. The majority of his commercial background was in the high-risk, high-reward maritime industry, including five years of marine salvage and wreck response. Never quelching his entrepreneurial spirit, Launching Leaders is Matt’s fifth business.
