He is a CCEA and SAFe Architect and received the prestigious 2021 Technical Achievement of the Year award from ICEAA related to the research of automated software sizing using AI and NLP. Mr. McKeel holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Finance, '89) from James Madison University and a Master's in Business Administration (Decision Systems, '92) from The George Washington University.
