The Spartan Games is a four-day, 10-event competition between elite athletes from multiple different disciplines. There are athletes from OCR, CrossFit, Ultra-Running, Triathalon, Ninja Warrior, and even a former NFL player. Day one featured competition in three events: Spartan Cross. A modified Spartan obstacle course Open Water Swim presented by Xterra. 45 minutes on a 200 meter loop in 55 degree water Spartan Highland Games. Three highland events including Tug o' War, Spartan Stones, and Kaiser Sled Challenge Watch the show first and then come back to listen to our recap.
