Bis 18 Uhr haben die Menschen in Brandenburg diesen Sonntag über einen neuen Landtag abgestimmt. Die Auszählung der Stimmen läuft noch bis in die Nacht, es gibt aber schon erste Hochrechnungen. Demnach erreicht die SPD des amtierenden Ministerpräsidenten Dietmar Woidke rund 31 Prozent – und liegt damit knapp vor der AfD, die auf 30 Prozent kommt. Dahinter folgen BSW und CDU mit jeweils rund 12 Prozent. Ob den Grünen der Einzug in den Landtag gelingt, ist noch offen. Anders sieht es bei den Linken und der Brandenburger Vereinigten Bürgerbewegungen/Freie Wähler aus. Sie könnten nur über Direktmandate in den Landtag einziehen. Die Wahlbeteiligung lag laut ZDF-Auswertung bei 73 Prozent und damit um mehr als 10 Prozentpunkte höher als 2019.
