Speaker to be voted on today; New Orleans attacker acted alone (Ep 324)

ALSO…Authorities now say accused attacker acted alone and planted "remote detonator" explosives inside coolers in two nearby locations in the French Quarter, just a few hours before he drove a pickup truck at a high rate of speed into a crowd of people celebrating New Year's on Bourbon Street. A Tesla Cybertruck explosion outside the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas has been determined to not be linked to the attack in New Orleans. Vegas officials say the driver died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound prior to the explosion.
