Chair of the Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools Board Rani Dasi spoke with 97.9 The Hill's Andrew Stuckey on Monday, September 18th. She discussed the start of the school year, including the need to go into "Secure Mode' twice during the first three weeks of the school year. She also discussed other aspects of the school year beginning, and the recent state testing data made available from the state department of education.
