Speaking Truth to Power with RECLAMA’s Cindy Y. Rodriguez
from The Biz Bruja Podcast · host Vanessa Codorniu
This was a long overdue meeting with Cindy Y. Rodriguez! To be transparent we were talking for a good 45 minutes before we hit record! You know she's gotta come back and we're going to continue diving deep! In this episode, Cindy shares what it was like growing up the only Peruana in West New York/New Jersey, a life-changing trip, exploring her ancestors and going from hiding about her ancestors to unapologetically proud of her roots! How her first trips to Peru were the seeds that have inspired her sacred work with RECLAMA. Straddling two worlds and how free she felt in Peru while she was with family in nature. How she questioned her path and wondered, “what will my thing be?” while on hikes and journaling, it was only later that she realized it was her thing! How her 8 year old has inspired her life and sacred work now and how she asks her people, “ what made your 8 year old happy?” Breaking the old habits of making others happy over our own needs Cindy and I come out of the hypothyroid closet and she shares her journey How she built a good relationship with her silent co-star, hypothyroidism Maybe it’s not your ascension symptoms, maybe it’s your thyroid The thyroid is centered in the Throat chakra of communication and the levels of self-expression and reclamation Breaking through the ancestral patterns of silence and being made to feel selfish Not about adding more but releasing what is not ours Find Cindy on her website Follow Cindy on instagram: RECLAMA BIO: By training, Cindy Y.
