Skateboarder, Musician, Model and most importantly Mental Health Advocate KJ Dillard joins me on Not That Deep to lay it all out there. KJ's vulnerability in sharing his mental health journey is admirable. In an effort to provide others with the strength to lessen the stigma, we talk about mental illness, what it looked like for him, what it looks like for him, how we can help others and how KJ is helping himself.
