A property model that, in the current market, is especially ripe for exploitation.   Dan explains how to leverage the changes made to planning regulations in September 2020. He covers the subjects of the new commercial use classes, vacant periods and the difference between prior approval (permitted development) and planning permission.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Any building or plot that is used for business purposes is classed as commercial. The returns on commercial to residential conversions are very high. The changes made to planning legislation in September 2020 has made converting commercial properties to residential easier. Currently, you can change shops, banks etc that are up to 1,500 square meters into residential or SA use. Provided they have been vacant for 3 months. Adding value pays. Right now, the UK desperately needs good residential property. When you convert commercial to residential you are certainly adding value. Prior approval and permitted development mean that you know you are going to get the permission for your conversion and get it fast. The ADHD Friendly Way to Organise Your Home Faigy Liebermann Do you feel guilt and shame around your clutter since forever? Why can't you part with your clutter and get organised "like everyone else?" I have ADHD. My 5 children have ADHD.I live daily with the intense pressure of being expected to excel, and constantly expecting to fail; the crippling shame, and intense guilt and anxiety; feeling frazzled, and being clueless how to explain why my ADHD brain won’t focus to those who need to know is totally draining. ADHD in women is largely unknown in the UK, misdiagnosed and largely goes untreated. I live daily with the extreme behaviours that are part of the ADHD child makeup. I live daily with the acute worry and anxiety over my ADHD children's future. I live daily with the mistreatment of my ADHD children through those in authority who pay lip service to the neurodiverse accommodations in our schools and further education settings...I witness daily the damage that this causes to my children and to myself. Terms Of Service TermsOfService Terms Of Service is a weekly podcast bringing conversations about life. Terms Of Service are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use a service. In a metaphorical sense the service we use everyday is LIFE. Come join me in a conversation. Remember the Fallen KLRNRadio It is a known fact that war and high levels of tension can change a person. Sometimes, the road back into mainstream society can be just as difficult as one’s time in the Service — overseas and at home. And when the support disappears... We all need a voice to speak out, so we don’t get forgotten. It’s time to remember the sacrifices of our Armed Forces — past, present, and future. Remember the FallenSgt Dave served in Afghanistan, returning home with a tale of perseverance and survival. He is not alone. Join Sgt Dave as he talks to other veterans about their own experiences, and how their time in the Service affects their everyday lives and their families.
