May is a special month for us here at the Women’s Meditation Network.  It’s Mental Health Awareness Month, Mother’s Day and World Meditation Day! To celebrate them all, we have so many great, free resources for you! 1. Mental Health Meditations: For the entire month of May, we’ve filled our podcasts with a ton of meditations specifically designed to support your mental health journey.  Meditations like Mental Health Transformation, Relief from a Mental Breakdown, Happy Sleep Meditation and so much more.  Specifically, check out ⁠Meditation for Women⁠, ⁠Sleep Meditation for Women⁠ and ⁠Morning Meditation for Women⁠…though all of our shows will have plenty of meditations you can listen to!
