Special - Danielle Ford Interview

Danielle Ford is a Trustee with the Clark County School District and has quite a remarkable story. We talk about growing up in CCSD, becoming a teenage mother, her career before politics, and the endless stereotyping she's experienced. We move on to her first couple years on the job and some of the bad press she has received before making her first announcement regarding if she will run in 2022! Then, of course, we discuss everything you need to know about the upcoming school year. Anti racist policy, anti racist curriculum, masks, potential school closures, free lunch for everyone, free computers for everyone, new grading policy and minimum F's, and Danielle breaks down the teams and factions of the schoolboard. She even gives us plenty of details about what she likes and doesn't like about the way other Trustees conduct themselves. Coverage you only get from TJBS.
