Special Dignitaries & Ambassadors of The Kingdom

A word jumped off the page during Holy Hour this morning: Ambassador. One word that revealed identity. In this episode we travel back to a young man who tried to impress a girl with his father's diplomatic immunity, wonder whatever became of him, and then discover that every single believer carries a status far more extraordinary than any earthly dignitary ever could. We are ambassadors for Christ, sent into hostile territory, carrying the King's authority, protected by His immunity, and trusted to represent His Kingdom with decorum. Scripture has something to say about every aspect of that identity, and it is all good news. How can a day filled with such realization not be joyful?
