Special: Dublin Marathon Advice

from The Masters of Running Podcast.

With Dublin Marathon approaching, I decided to do an extra episode taking the best bits from 5 marathoners I've previously interviewed. There's fantastic advice in here for any marathon. They discuss their experiences of marathons, training tips; dealing with bad days and what to do on the day itself. Contributors (with time slots if you're busy) include:(0-17.36) Mick Clohisey: Dublin Marathon winner and 2 time Olympian with a 2.13 pb.(17.37)Jenny Hitchings: WR holder at 055 with a 2.45.(32.28) Ann- Marie McGlynn: A masters runner who has a 2.29 and runs at top senior level.(41.46) Martin Kelly: 60 years old and he's done all the Dublin Marathons with a sub 3 in his day.(55.05) Colin Griffin: a 2.23 runner and an expert on injury advice. If you enjoy the podcast and want to help cover costs like Zoom, editing software; kit and future development like my planned live shows, you can now support the show through the trusted creator support app, 'Buy me a coffee.' Totally optional, but it'll help keep the podcast going. Thanks.Link: https://buymeacoffee.com/mastersofrunningpodcastContact: [email protected] Hosted on Acast.
