Special Ed Teacher Accused of Sending Nude Pics to Student

Ryan Cunningham, 33, is accused of having sexual contact with a former student at a school where he taught until February 2026. The allegations date back to 2021 at Skyward Academy in Montgomery, Ohio. The former student reported the activity to police and a grand jury returned an indictment on several charges including sexual battery and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
