June 4 5  Get on your bikes and ride! California may have Route 66 but here in Pennsylvania we have Route 6. Candace Hillyard  Executive Director PA Route 6 Alliance  US Route 6 Tourist Association - Pennsylvania Division takes us on a ride from NEPA to Erie and it's not only for bikes but motorcycles, cars and walkers too!  You don't have to walk that far to appreciate all the miles your feet take you in a regular day. Dawn Webster, Advanced Practice Clinician Director, with Med Express gives us some guidelines on and how our shoes should fit, to keep your feet happy and in tip top shape.  Many of our surrounding states have legalized adult use cannabis. The discussion about its legalization here in Pennsylvania continues.
