Brian Hughes speak with safety activist Eileen Miller, who discusses Paul Miller’s Law, which will begin fining PA drivers who operate vehicles while texting, calling, scrolling, or taking photos while driving, even at red lights, with $50 fines for drivers beginning on June 5th, as well as spotlighting National Distracted Driving Awareness Month during the month of April.
