We then discuss the 1972 Munich Olympics (5:38) and the tragic Terrorist Attacks in Olympic Village before we hit the 1974 resignation of U.S. President Richard Nixon.  We continue Part 2 with the 1977 airing of "Roots" (11:45); then the TV show "Dallas" and the Who Shot J.R.? cliffhanger in 1980 (13:37); We continue thru the 1980's with the "MASH"  series finale that was viewed by over a record 106 million people to the 1986- "Challenger" Space Launch Disaster then the devastating San Francisco/Oakland 1989 Earthquake that rocked the Bay Area as the World Series Game 3 was ready to get started!
