Special Edition Podcast: Adaptive Leadership Skills for the Current World We’re In

Over the past few months, COVID-19 has created historic disruptions and changes to the way we work and live – on a local, regional, national, and even international scale. Our challenge as leaders is to continue to apply the appropriate adaptive leadership skills in order to lead our teams and organizations from the front. This podcast was recorded at the end of March 2020, when a lot of this was new to all of us, and I think we all felt a bit stunned.
