In this special episode we meet with Patrick Fitzgibbons of CJ Evolution. Besides being a podcaster, Patrick is a retired police commander, author and advocate for first responder mental health wellness. After surviving 23 years in law enforcement, Patrick never expected to experience a significant mental health crisis, which led him to attended Shatterproof/FHE, a first responder only treatment facility. His recovery there and his strong belief in the program led to his desire to give back and work at Shatterproof helping first responders all over the country.
