These were circles of women, elders, teachers and parents. In this episode i'm sharing with you about the Soul of Elderhood. You don't become an elder by being old. You become an elder by acquiring wisdom & depth. The dance of life goes on from birth to death. Sadly, in our culture many old people dread getting old. They do everything possible to stay young, or to look young. Elderhood could be the time to shed  the expectations  that your tribe, family or society have planted in you. Becoming an elder could mean setting yourself free to be who you are or who you've  always wanted to be. Accepting old age comes with GRACE and NOBILITY.
