They also provide some insight into what it is like to work for a woman lead company like L3 Katori states that working for a women-led company provided her with a sense of comfort.  Jhana agrees that being in a women lead company was a  goal of hers.They two also comment on some of the cultural shifts that have occurred in recent years. Jhana mentions the increase in market penetration for health and wellness ads during the winter season and the importance of capitalizing on this increased interest in self-improvement.
