As excited as I am for her, I am also going to miss the sweet, funny, and silly little girl who has been such an integral part of my life for the last decade.But before she rides off into the sunset, we had to record one final Lila Explains for you, our beloved audience. This episode is about depression and anxiety. I wanted to talk about this with Lila because she has struggled with both for a long time, and now that I’ve had a firsthand peek inside that world, I wanted to compare notes.We think you’ll find it interesting and very sappy because by the end, we get pretty mushy.
