Special Forces Techniques To Transform  American Communities. Retired State Trooper. Michael Cutone, a retired Massachusets State Trooper is our guest. He was also a member of the US Army Special Forces (Green Berets). During his special forces training they were taught and used specific techniques to help liberate battleground communities where they were deployed. During his career in law enforcement he saw how these strategies could help transform American high crime communities.
