Pastor Jeff is married to his best friend Tonya, and they have 3 grown children, 2 grandchildren, and numerous “spiritual children.” He has earned a master's degree in Christian Education as well as a Doctorate of Ministry (D.Min.) in Missions, Evangelism and Church Growth.
