I believe in the power of meditation to help my clients (and myself!) step into their full potential. I also believe in the power of meditation to help us heal and spread light all over the world. Even the smallest change or shift toward positive energy can create an incredible ripple effect. All around the world, there has been incredible division and unrest these past few years. And at this time of year when people all over the world gather to celebrate various holidays and the arrival of a brand new year, I want to encourage us all to harness this hopeful energy in a new meditation. My hope with this meditation is that we can sit still together for 10 minutes with the intention to heal and cleanse ourselves, our communities, and the world.
