We talk a TON about the emergence of the American Single Malt, what makes it different from Bourbon, Whiskey, and Scotch, and the similarities between the Scotch we know from Scotland. Also, we talk a lot about the artistic past of him and his wife, their first distillate which is made from Maple Syrup, the calming and welcoming building that overlooks Naples NY, and so much more.
