Out of desperation, she married to escape only to find herself in an extremely abusive marriage. Finally the pain and fear lead her to escape again, finding healing through God’s amazing grace and a life of peace and joy. Today her life is filled with gratitude as she spends her days doing the things she loves, writing, gardening, cooking and spending time with her husband, and grandchildren.
